We Are
Serendipity is a full-service weddings and design consulting studio located
in Long Beach, California. The goal of Serendipity is to offer the new
generation of engaged couples a fabulous and fearless wedding and planning
process. With Serendipity, you will receive a unique perspective on what
a wedding should be; a mind blowing, modern, sophisticated design with
gorgeous event environments, and unexpected experiences (the good kind).
On top of that, few work as hard and tirelessly as the Serendipity team
does to ensure you get exactly what you want and need from the moment
we sign to the moment you take off for your honeymoon. It's dedication,
vision, and passion that makes Serendipity the best decision you'll ever
make for your wedding (aside from picking your life partner, of course).
With Serendipity you will have a planning process that is shockingly fun
and at the end of it all a wedding that is absolutely personal and stunning.

Services Offered
No bride ever forgets her wedding day, and with our help your guests won't
either. We offer customized services designed to fit every planning style.
Rather you are more hands on and want to do most of the planning yourself,
or you would rather sit back and relax allowing our planning experts to
handle everything. Either way, we can tailor a package to fit any planning
style giving you just what you need to pull off the perfect wedding. Bellow
is an overview of our services.
Day of Consulting Services
You have planned your entire wedding and after all that hard work, you
want to sit back and relax on the big day. Our Day of Planning services
allows you to hand over all your plans and details and have someone else
execute them for you. This package allows you to save money by finding
your own vendors and doing all the leg work, but still gives you the peace
of mind in knowing you will have a wedding professional to assist you
and your family on your special day.
Month of Consulting Services
Venue...check, Photographer...check! This package is ideal for those who
have contracted some vendors, but now have become overwhelmed and need
a consultant for logistical assistance, management and securing missing
vendors. With the "Month of Package", we will enter the planning phase
up to 3 months prior to your wedding. Your planner will become acquainted
with all your vendors, review contract and relieve the stress of the bride,
at which point we become the spokesperson and main contact on the bride's
behalf.
Full Consulting Services
Want the wedding of your dream but don't have the time or the know how?
Let Serendipity lend our creativity, style and expertise to create an
experience your guests will never forget. Whether you want a celebrity-style
wedding filled with dramatic towering centerpieces and over-the-top decor
or an elegant, intimate gathering with your closest friends and family,
Serendipity can make it happen!
Venue Scouting
Looking for the perfect venue but don't have the time to drive around
or call a million places only to discover the venue is either out of your
budget or doesn't meet your wedding needs? Serendipity has designed this
packaged just for you because as they say, "Location is everything"...and
we've done our homework!
We visited hundreds of the most popular Los Angeles and Orange County
venues (and even found a few hidden treasures!) and compiled them all
in to one easy to search online database. We asked all the important questions
so that you don't have to. Things like seating capacities, pricing, menu
options, floor plans, if they have outside/inside event space, insurance/candle
policies and other important information. Oh, and we included tons of
pictures. Yep, it's all there, right at your finger tips!
Sweets Table
A custom sweet treats table can be added to any event. We will customize
each table based on an assortment of sweets inspired by your favorite
candy, color or theme of the events. Choose from jelly beans, licorice,
chocolates, truffles, a variety of your favorite wrapped candies, mini
cupcakes, small caramel or chocolate apples and freshly backed cookies.
