The theatre contains an elegant lobby, the Joan Moe Garden Room (a large room off the lobby) is perfect for rehearsals and small meetings, the Soldoff Lounge (an intimate gathering spot for small pre-performance receptions,) in addition to a lovely upstairs lobby lined with local artist exhibits and large windows.

With its beautiful lobby, distinctive terrace and multipurpose boardroom all available to rent, there is a room perfect for your event. The Norris also provides a large selection of area caterers each providing excellent service and superior quality for any taste for any event.

• The Schaffer Forum can be transformed to fit any occasion. Its a wonderful venue for elegant dinners, festive receptions, or professional meetings. Further flexibility is provided using movable walls, a portable stage and retractable seating.
• The Alpay Board Room contains modular furniture that allows for setup as a conference room, classroom or small theatre. An 80-inch television screen and a complete surround-sound audio system facilitate multi-media presentation.
• The Schaefer Terrace provides an intimate outdoor environment for a reception or ceremony. It can be used separately or in conjunction with the Forum.
• The Schaber Lobby is a dramatic and elegant setting for a cocktail party.
